The proud carrier of 8 Michelin stars, the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey has finally pulled his bandwagon all the way to India. His restaurant Gordon Ramsay Street Burger comes to Delhi bearing juicy burgers, crispy fries, treacly desserts and refreshing cocktails. Don’t know about an idiot sandwich, but a Butternut Bhaji Burger with layers of sweet mango chutney and mint yoghurt is definitely on the menu.
Where is the restaurant located?

Terminal 1 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, holds the newly opened Gordon Ramsay Street Burger. In association with Travel Food Services (TFS), India’s leading airport hospitality company, Ramsay’s restaurant chain seeks to further expand across the country, with the next destination being Mumbai. “The three-year deal will launch six restaurants by 2027. The partnership will bring Ramsay’s signature concepts to India. The initiative aims to transform terminal dining into an exhilarating, top-tier gastronomic adventure,” states Ramsay’s team.
A glimpse into the menu

Offering travellers a delightful meal before their flights, the restaurant serves a spectacular menu that is rich in choices. Their signature Gordon’s Fried Chicken Burger is just as good as it sounds, balancing the right amount of crisp and juiciness. The Ménage à Trois Burger brings forth a juicy patty layered with pickled onions and smoked cheese. The Hotter than Hell Fries packs a punch, as does the Tandoori Paneer Burger. You can further pair your meal with a glass of sparkling wine or fizzy spritzes. If the layover is long, might we recommend ordering a pitcher?
“India’s passion for its rich culinary heritage makes it a natural home for Street Burger. With a reputation for warm hospitality and a love for vibrant, flavour-intense food, we’re excited to see how travellers embrace this dynamic new chapter in our business,” comes the official statement from Andy Wenlock, the CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global. Marrying global flavours with local ingenuity, the restaurant establishes a stronghold that only promises to multiply through the coming years.
