America’s beloved Italian diner is not just a restaurant but rather an emotion in the country. You may know it as the birthplace of the viral breadsticks. From a single restaurant in Orlando in 1982, Olive Garden has now landed in Aerocity, Delhi. Moreover, it features a bar, high chairs, a selection of indulging wines, and even an outdoor seating area perfect for winter. India’s first outlet is brought to you by Gourmet Investments Hospitality Group, the folks behind some of India’s favourite, Chilli’s, Pizza Express, and P.F. Chang’s. And the menu? One look at the gorgeously close-up pictures of the food makes you want to dive right in. It proudly flaunts some of the Italian American classics from Chicken Alfredo and Lasagna Classico to Chicken Parmigiana and the Tour of Italy. They have a plethora of pizzas, made and baked in-house with special homemade sauces. Yet, each dish comes with a twist of what locals prefer. Having said that, the menu features multiple vegetarian counterparts to their non-vegetarian classics, such as vegetarian lasagna classico, eggplant parmigiana, and spicy bombs alfredo. Moreover, you can even ask for a full portion or a half to make sure no food goes to waste or if you just want to save a few bucks. In case of allergies, the menu also highlights whether the dish contains lactose, gluten, meat and even pork to make your ordering process as seamless as possible. Additionally, you definitely cannot miss the decadent cheese grating right by your table. This careful detailing of the menu certainly reminds us that Olive Garden’s generosity comes with their familial care.
