2. Kalasthali Art School
A fine art school for both children and adults, they offer structured programs for multiple art disciplines. When it comes to pottery classes, the school teaches wheelwork and works with clay in the form of slabs and coils. Classes are structured as one-on-one sessions that let you learn independently at your own speed. Once you’ve finished working on a project, you can get the object glazed and fired at an add-on fee.

3. Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio
This pottery studio hosts classes on wheelwork, slab pottery and hand-built pottery. Founded and run by Aniruddh Sagar and Arti Paliwal, the studio offers one-day workshops and longer structured courses. This contemporary ceramic studio offers handcrafted pottery experiences ranging from 2-hour introductory workshops to 48-week intensive courses.
